I just had to let you know how impressed I was at the way you set up our family reunion. I would never have thought of going to a  travel agent for a family reunion. Everything was perfect. The family keeps asking me when are we going to do it in Seattle, and I keep putting them off because I'm not able to do it alone. But now that I know a travel agent might do it, I'll reconsider.

Let me know what we can do about Seattle for 2009. I'm serious about you coming to do it if you will. I worked in the travel business for 40 years, so I can get you hotel information, and whatever else you may need, if you will do all the negotiations and the rest of it.

I just wanted to take a few moments and send you a big 'thank-you' for all your help on booking our recent cruise on the Carnival Miracle. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We didn't want to come back it was so relaxing. it was really wonderful working with you. I especially want to thank you for your 'extra help' getting David's name changed to Ronald 9we were panicking because we didn't catch it until the last few days before the trip).

Your professionalism and enthusiasm in planning this trip was very much appreciated. Ad, of course, we always want to work with another sister and/or brother. My only suggestion is that maybe your agency could get feed back on what people did once they got to their destination, so that you can pass these suggestions on to future travelers.   On a scale of 1 to 5, I give your company a 5. I had a wonderful time!!!! I truly enjoyed myself.  I have no complaints on my accommodations, departure and arrival times were perfect.  We followed all of your travel advise and it was right on the money!!!!

Sorry it has taken me so long to reply, but here it goes! I think you did a stupendous job with the details of our Hawaiian vacation. It was handled meticulously well. I'd say you surpassed my expectations. My trip was beautifully memorable...from the flight to the hotel to the return trip. I'd have to give the trip an overall rating of a 5, and I would definitely use Easy Travel again!!!!!

I just wanted to take a minute to say...thank you. Because of the type of work I do, we are constantly bombarded with consumer complaints. I know people usually rush to tell you when they have a problem with service they receive.

I wanted to be different and let you know that I am enjoying my dealings with Easy Travel Agency and I am passing on the compliments that I have received from not one, not two, but five people!

They have said they enjoyed speaking with Joyce Edwards and that she was courteous, professional and excited about what she does. They never had so much fun talking to a travel agent.

This all means a great deal to me because this is the first time I have done business directly with your agency and I am happy to say that so far this has been...EASY!!!

In fact, a direct quote from one of my friends is that "it was EASY giving her my money" (you know that is really a geed thing) smile.

In addition, another person remarked about the fast turn around having received your confirmation of deposit and the professional looking information sheet you sent. I can only hope that things continue to go this smooth. By the way, can you say A Room With A View?!? (smile), there's nowhere to go but up!!!
