Things to know about All-inclusive resort travel

Greetings Fellow Travelers,

We are very happy that you chose us to handle your travel arrangements; we truly appreciate your trust in us. Now that your vacation has been booked, we would like to address a few issues.

TRANSPORTATION TO THE RESORT

At the airport, you will need two (2) pieces of ID, your drivers license and either a passport or CERTIFIED birth certificate (must have the 'raised' emblem on it). This is VERY IMPORTANT,

IF YOU FAIL TO PRODUCE THESE VITAL DOCUMENTS, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOARD THE PLANE!!!

When you arrive, there will be a 'smile team' awaiting you. They will have on blue pants or skirts with bright colored shirts. They are there to assist you to the shuttle that will take you to your resort. Retrieve your luggage at baggage claim, and find your 'smile team'! Your transfers to and from the airport are included with your package, therefore 'don't worry, be happy'! If you choose to use baggage handlers, they are not included; therefore, tips would be appreciated!

Usually upon departure, there is a $20.00 departure tax charged by the airport,

YOUR FEE IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PACKAGE, SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY THIS!

MISCELLANEOUS

WEATHER CONDITIONS: You will be traveling to the Caribbean, where it is warm all year round, therefore, please pack as though it were…HOT! HOT! HOT! Evening wear is based upon your taste, there is no dress code, so do what feels comfortable for you! You will also have access to several swimming pools, so swimming wear would also be appropriate.
