To get married in Nevada, you must have a marriage license (the cost is $55). The courthouse is located at 200 South 3rd Street, in downtown. The courthouse is open 8:00 AM to midnight (Mon. - Thu.), and straight through from Fri. 8:00 AM to midnight on Sun. The office is also open 24 hours on holidays.
